1. The Service

Offside Wiz is a web-based tool for analysing player positions in football images to evaluate offside situations. The service is intended for educational, entertainment, and personal analysis purposes only, and does not replace official decisions made by referees or VAR.

2. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Upload images unrelated to sport or images that violate a person's privacy.
• Use the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to breach, circumvent, or disrupt server systems.
• Use automated access (bots) without prior written permission.

3. Intellectual Property

All code, design, logos, and algorithms of Offside Wiz are the exclusive property of the developer. No part of the service may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

4. Uploaded Images

You are solely responsible for the images you upload. By uploading an image you declare that:

• You own the rights to the image or have permission to use it.
• The image does not contain offensive, sexual, or inciting content.
• You authorise temporary processing of the image for analysis purposes only.
• No image is stored on site servers — images are processed in memory and permanently deleted at the end of the session.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any analysis errors, service unavailability, or direct/indirect damage resulting from use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
